1. Purpose of the service
AceHumanizer provides writing assistance, AI text humanization, and AI detection support for drafting, editing, and review. The service is intended to help users improve clarity, rhythm, tone, and editorial quality. It is not intended to guarantee academic acceptance, search ranking, legal compliance, employment outcomes, or any particular detector result. Output generated or evaluated through AceHumanizer should always be reviewed by a competent human before it is submitted, published, relied upon, or shared in a formal environment.
2. User responsibility
You are responsible for the text you submit, the way you use rewritten content, and the decisions you make after receiving a detector score or humanized draft. You must ensure that your use complies with applicable laws, institutional rules, client agreements, workplace policies, publishing standards, and academic integrity requirements. If a school, employer, platform, or publisher requires disclosure of AI assistance, you are responsible for making that disclosure. AceHumanizer does not authorize dishonest submission, plagiarism, fraud, impersonation, or any attempt to misrepresent authorship where such conduct violates a relevant rule or duty.
3. Acceptable use
You may use AceHumanizer for lawful drafting, revision, quality review, educational preparation, editorial improvement, internal business writing, content planning, and similar legitimate purposes. You may not use the service to create unlawful material, infringe intellectual property rights, harass others, generate deceptive communications, manipulate reviews, evade contractual obligations, or submit content in violation of a policy that applies to you. You may not misuse AceHumanizer in a way that disrupts availability, avoids fair-use limits, or harms the writing experience for other users.
4. Accuracy and limitations
AceHumanizer may produce inaccurate, incomplete, awkward, or unsuitable output. The Detector page may also produce false positives or false negatives. A score is a signal for review, not a definitive judgment about authorship. You should verify factual statements, citations, dates, names, calculations, legal references, medical references, financial claims, and any other material information before relying on a result. The service should not be used as the sole basis for high-stakes decisions, disciplinary action, legal conclusions, medical advice, financial advice, or employment determinations.
5. Intellectual property
The AceHumanizer website, design, branding, original explanatory content, and product experience are owned by the operator or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain the rights you already have in text that you submit. Subject to these terms, you may use the rewritten output for your own lawful purposes. You must not copy the website design, reproduce proprietary content at scale, remove notices, or represent AceHumanizer materials as your own product without permission.
6. Privacy and submitted text
AceHumanizer is designed as a privacy-aware writing tool. You can use the main rewriting and detection experience without creating an account or entering payment details. You should not submit confidential, privileged, regulated, or highly sensitive information unless you have authority to do so and have considered whether the service is appropriate for that material.
7. Availability and changes
AceHumanizer may change, suspend, limit, or discontinue any feature at any time. The operator may update style options, detector scoring, word limits, page content, or writing guidance as the product develops. The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device, writing workflow, or third-party detector.
8. Disclaimer and liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, AceHumanizer disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, and uninterrupted availability. The operator will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the service. Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to stop using it. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to every user.
